New York: The Grolier Club, 1982. First edition, number 80 of 300 copies signed by Blumenthal. A fine copy. 8vo (23.5 x 15 cm). 153, [1] page. Profusely illustrated. Quarter crimson cloth, patterned paper boards; slipcase. Presentation copy, inscribed by Blumenthal in pencil on the half-title to Laura S. Young. Loosely inserted slip announcing regret that the slipcase had been made "slightly too small" and forwarding a replacement, and a sheet printed by the Kelly/Winterton Press, March 1983, presenting the Grolier Club's Centennial mark designed by Jerry Kelly sent to subscribers of the book.
