He scores England's actions that led to the American Revolution, "a storm of rebellion, excited by measures equally impolitic, oppressive, and unjust, and ending in the premature, unnatural, and violent dismemberment of a valuable portion of the empire." Prices, use, production sizes are, however, given on this broadside. Absent from Romaine and McKinstry.
