Portland, 1928. Very good.. 51,[1]pp. Folio. Original pictorial wrappers, stapled. Light wear and soiling to covers. Very minor wear to contents. Title page with later pasteovers. Plan Book No. 25 issued by the Fenner Manufacturing Company in 1925. The plan book contains more thirty designs for kit homes ranging from Tudor bungalows to Spanish haciendas and everything in between. There are also garage and second floor options. This copy has two errata pasteovers on the title page indicating that the Redicut Building Company, also of Portland, has taken over Fenner's plans and inventory, and will now handle all enquiries for Fenner homes. A handsome book of house plans from the early 20th century.
