A close to near fine copy in stapled wrappers that have some minor wear and feature images by Imogen Cunningham and Minor White. An uncommon issue.

Fine in Very Good+ dj
Description
Homewood IL: Dow Jones-Irwin, Inc.. Fine in Very Good+ dj. 1971 (c.1970). 2nd printing. Hardcover. (price-clipped) [no discernible wear to book; the jacket is in almost flawless condition, downgraded a bit only because of the price-clipping)]. I don't think any more description is needed apart from that fulsome subtitle. (Although I would like to know what a "chicken market" is.) And if you don't get enough of the author's attitude from the subtitle, consider his dedication: "To my wives, past and future, without whose absence this book could never have been written." (His next book, per the jacket blurb, was to be called "How to Sell Short Without Losing Your Wife and Kids, Friends and Mistresses"; it appears to have never been published, but I for one can't believe the world is any worse off for its absence.) .
