It is known for being the house of origin of the Trappists, to whom it gave its name. 12mos, full tree-calf leather bindings, gilt-tooled spines; marbled endpapers. Augmented With Several Biographies Not Previously Published; With A Brief Description Of The Abbey.. Very Good (hinges all tight, little rubbing covers). Insect damage to all volumes, from minor to severe- usually not affecting the text.
