Very Good
Description
New York: Life Publishing Company, 1916. Magazines. Very Good. Wonderful World War I-suffused issue of this original Life Magazine, in its smaller formatting (11" tall) than one usually assocites with the more common oversized "Life" of the 1930s and beyond. The November 30th, 1916 issue of this New York-based weekly, with our likely entry into World War I obviously looming large, still adheres to many of the magazine's staples, such as its sophisiticated cartoons and essays. A bright, solid copy in its stapled, pictorial wrappers, with very light chipping at the spine crown and one tiny chip at the front panel's lower tip. Still though very presentable.
