Chicago, IL: [J. Roland Storey], 1905. Good. Chicago: [J. Roland Storey], 1903-1905. Oblong 12mo (4.5x10"); unpaginated. Publisher's illustrated boards retaining 50 cents price at front panel. Boards heavily bumped and toned; a bit warped due to water damage; small pieces of unidentifiable gunk at front and rear panel. Binding very delicate. Textblock and interior pages toned. About two-thirds of the pages are filled out in pencil. Good. Early twentieth-century tailor's log with detailed entries for around sixty women, including measurements, payments, and dates. Rear panel includes a "Membership Card issued by Storey's Ladies' Tailor Colleges" for one year's subscription to Storey's Quarterly, a magazine which pledges to keep readers "posted in the latest leading, most necessary garments of the season.".
