"Three hundred copies of this book were printed ... of which two hundred are for private distribution and one hundred for sale." Wiki tells us "Carl Zigrosser (1891–1975) was an art dealer best known for running the New York Weyhe Gallery in the 1920s and 1930s,[1] and as Curator of Prints and Drawings at the Philadelphia Museum of Art between 1940 and 1963."
