Lacking front endpaper and flyleaf, with a small mount of paper damage to the bottom of the title page, not affecting the text, and slight surface loss to the front pastedown. Contemporary owner’s names to the front pastedown, and extensive marginalia and underlying by the contemporary hand. Full vellum with spine creasing and minor soiling to the binding. 260 pp. in-24. Included are a wonderful collection of 195 pictures - mostly of houses which are no longer standing, although some have been revamped and restored. Recipes and menus from COLONEL'S INN CATERERS sprinkled throughout - with recipes from Tallahassee natives who have had direct connection with a particular home. Clean, crisp copy. Covered in protective mylar.
