Bound in publisher's navy blue cloth stamped and lettered in silver; dark blue top stain. Near Fine with modest wear at spine ends. Contents tanned with a tobacco odor. Former owner name to front free endpaper and pencil underlining to text. In a Very Good unclipped dust jacket with rubbing, moderate edge wear, one inch tear with loss to bottom edge of front panel and chipping to top edge. An essay on business engineering by "the father of public relations" and nephew of Sigmund Freud. Bernays was famous for his advertising work with the cigarette company Lucky Strike, Betty Crocker and the Beech-Nut Packing company for its increased sales in bacon products at American breakfast tables.
