One of 300 copies, octavo size, [68] pp. "The publication of the most famous of all documents relating to the Donner Party," published at the centennial of the author's original accounting of the tragic and horrifying ordeal, with a complete facsimile of the 29-page manuscript, previously published only by the Academy of Pacific Coast History in 1910.
