This magazine shows up in the 1978 "Hearing before the Subcommittee on Energy & Nuclear Proliferation and Federal Services on S. 2543 to amend Title 39 of the U. S. Code to procide better enforcement procedures for preventing fraudulent solicitations through the mails. A majority of the space in this rather unappealing publication is taken up with over 300 identically worded and mostly small advertisements from a variety of churches and businesses. It doen't show up in OCLC.
