Columbia. No binding. About Fine. Los Angeles: Columbia Pictures, 1941. Vintage original 8 x 10" (20 x 25 cm) black-and-white glossy silver gelatin photo. Attached paper blurb on verso. Light horizontal creasing across lower portion and bottom margin, two tiny edge tears. About fine. The film was released in Britain on November 24, 1941. It was both a critical and commercial success, becoming one of the highest-grossing British films of 1941. When released in the US it was retitled The Invaders and qualified for the Academy Awards for 1942, nominated for Best Picture and winning for Best Writing, Original Story for the Screen.
