Binding lightly rubbed; very good. ß Rarest book of the Allen Press, limited to 75 copies and originally sent to friends by the Allens as a Christmas gift. Originally written by Mark Twain for the San Francisco Californian and published on December 25, 1865, the text is the mischievous morality tale of bad boy "Jim" who defies the example of the Sunday school tracts and never gets his comeuppance.
