Description
Warner Brothers. No binding. Very Good. [Los Angeles]: Warner Brothers, [1932]. Vintage original 14 x 11" (36 x 28 cm) double weight black-and-white photo. Small chip in blank upper right margin, diagonal creases in all corners, a horizontal crease in middle left. With stamp on verso of photographer Elmer Fryer for Warner Brothers-First National, a file stamp of Dell Publishing Company, and a holograph note that Davis was appearing at the time in two films (Cabin in the Cotton and Three on a Match). Overall very good or better. Bette Davis was in her early twenties in 1932. That year, she moved from working at Universal to Warner Brothers, where her career rapidly began to take off.
