Title leaf with colophon. Callahan an American photographer and educator taught at both the Institute of Design in Chicago and the Rhode Island School of Design. He had a retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art in New York in 1976/1977. Contents bright and clean, small stain to title at foot.

The final chapter discusses finances, and encourages women to be active participants in the family finances. Overall, an interesting booklet providing insight into how the topics of puberty, sex and marriage were taught to girls and their mothers at this time. Single vol.
