[Hartford], 1944. Very good.. 34pp. Original printed wrappers, stapled. Uneven toning to wrappers, with pencil notations on front cover and ink stamp reading "Pamphlet File Copy." Tiny chip to fore edge of front wrapper and title page. Internally clean. A scarce report from the Connecticut Inter-Racial Commission to the governor of the state during World War II.
