In the publisher's dust jacket, price clipped, light soiling to covers, chip at head of the spine, a very good example. Signed on the second free endpaper by Ansel Adams.

Collected lectures of British abolitionist and politician George Thompson (1804-1878), assembled by his friend and compatriot, William Lloyd Garrison. Thompson was a sitting member of Parliament who toured the U.S. and Britain extensively, lecturing for the abolitionist cause.
