It was a $100,000 promissory note, promising to repay the Bank of America with five percent interest. The document was faintly stamped Renewed and has a couple of embossed seals, but it is in very fine condition.

A good copy. Provides proper forms for complaints, subpoenas, articles of incorporation, authority to issue stocks, applications to sell or "otherwise encumber public utility property" Title page specifies that the item in hand is a "reprint," from what earlier month and year we cannot tell, but is plainly is of the period and is indeed 1919 as per title page.
