Published the same year as the UK edition, and containing 18 fairy tales, among them "The Girl Who Trod Upon Bread," "A Row of Pearls," and "The Old Oaks Tree's Last Dream." 7.25'' x 4.75''. Original blind-stamped brown cloth, gilt-lettered spine. Brown coated endpapers. [4], 267, [1] pages. Ink owner inscription dated 1903 to second fly leaf. Toning to spine, with ends chipped; faint soil to cloth. Front hinge non-archivally repaired. Interior clean.
