Abbie Hoffman (1936-1989) was an American political and social activist known for being a member of the Chicago Seven and as a leading proponent of the Flower Power movement. (Wikipedia) - UPI portrait of Hoffman, with his left hand on his forehead, taken during the trial of the Chicago Eight, 10/2/69. - Photo from the 1970 Canadian film PROLOGUE. Hoffman is on left.
