Minor chipping to corners of jacket. Sporadic underlining throughout by Ernie Bulow. History of the Pueblos of New Mexico and Arizona that is exlibris Ernie Bulow. Ernie Bulow (1943-2021) was a sometime bookman whose interests and experiences extended to journalism, photography, Indian trading, writing, silversmithing, and teaching. After taking a degree in English in the early sixties he worked for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, living in Gallup and teaching English at Fort Wingate on the Navajo Reservation. Following receipt of a doctorate from the University of Utah, he returned to New Mexico, where he traded in Indian jewelry and Kachinas and opened a bookstore, among other activities.
