Pamphlet, folio (12 1/4x8), unbound 7[1] pp. Faint marginal darkening, otherwise in fine condition The treaty is part of a series of treaties the U.S. Government made with the plains Indians after the Civil War. This treaty requires the Sans Arch band of Sioux to cease hostilities, respect trade routes, and perhaps settle down to agriculture. As part of the deal, each family or lodge was to receive $30 a year for twenty years.
