Handwritten deed concerning the sale of eight acres of land “south of Auguebatuck” by Andrew Warner for his brother Ichabod Warner of “Windham in the county of Hartford in the colony of Connecticut” to Samuel Hutchinson. The amount of money for this transaction was eight pounds ‘current money’, which translates into one pound per acre. The document is signed by John Baekus.
