Volume 3 only. 833pp. Thick octavo [24 cm] Brownish-purple pebbled cloth over boards. Gilt stamped title on the spine and gilt stamped masonic symbol on the front board. Floral endpapers. Rubbing to the edges of the spine and boards. Frayed area in the cloth of the front board, measuring roughly 1/2" in diameter. Endpapers split and both hinges going. Pages darkened with age. The authoritative work on the history of Freemasonry in Maryland by Edward T. Schultz (1827-1913). Schultz also wrote the reports on Foreign Correspondence of the Grand Lodge of Maryland.
