I-V, and Browne's in VI and VII. Complete with all engravings. Cruikshank's illustrations are considered to be some of his best work. Bound in quarter calf over marbled boards, gilt and blind tooled backs, edges marbled, plain yellow end papers with ownership signature of Lord Rancliffe, ( George Parkyns, 2nd Baron Rancliffe, 1785-1850), a British politician. Very Good Plus, light wear to calf at edges and corners, marbled boards a bit rubbed, light to moderate toning which is primarily limited to plates and nearby pages, small ticket of John Howell, Importers, San Francisco rear end pages. A quite handsome and well bound set, sets of this important literary magazine uncommon in current commerce.
