First edition (alternate title from front wrap: "Confession of Faith"); 8 x 5 1/4; pp. [1], 4-8; self wraps, printed and ruled in black and tied with a string; scattered foxing; nicks and creases to edges; a few small, period, manuscript scribbles to last page; in about good condition. An unrecorded pamphlet, it outlined the form of admission and the covenant proposed and adopted by the Presbytery of Buffalo, New York in the early-19th century. It also included a short list of "Queries for Professors."
