Published in collaboration with the Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami; Dallas Museum of Art; Artists Space; MIT; Parkett; Two Palms Press; and Portikus. Though it was issued in a signed and numbered edition of 1000 copies, this is unnumbered and unsigned.
