Original blue cloth in a beautiful unclipped wrapper. Also included are two typed letters, from 1946, from the author to the books recipient who had communicated some information, (two typed letters from him to the author also included), pertinent to the completion of the revised edition yet to be published. Inscribed by the author on the ffep, "To Kirke Bryan, With sincere thanks for your many kindnesses in the preparation of this edition. Lyle H. Wright. 12/20/48". Kirke Bryan was a printer in the mid 20th century and a past President of the Montgomery County, (PA), Historical Sociiety. Also included is the box from the Huntington Library that the book was shipped in.
